Barnabas Award🥇

Jacquie over at Joy Cottage has graciously nominated me for this award. Check. Her. Out. Now 😚. Jacquie has a heart for Ministry! (Need I say more)

You have been chosen for this recognition because of the encouragement and inspiration you bring to your readers.

The way this works: Thank the person who nominated you, and share their blog. Think of five bloggers that encourage and inspire you and nominate them. List five things about yourself. Lastly, ask your nominees five questions. Why five? Because it is the number that signifies grace.

Questions for Nominees

1. What do you do when trials come your way?

I wish I could say fall to my knees and pray but I go into either planning mode or panic mode. Then from there, I go into journaling mode which leads to praying which leads to scripture.

2. Who is your favorite author?

Apart from Abba 😛, I’ve been enjoying Jan Karon lately. This is subject to change though, I don’t have a constant favorite author expect the First and the Last, you know Him – Alpha and Omega

3. Where do you find joy?

When not in my Father’s presence…Writing/Reading

4. Where is your favorite place to write?

Laying in my bed

5. What is your favorite writing genre?

Christian all the way…

This award is meant to encourage those who receive it. While there is no obligation to respond and to nominate others, it is a great way to appreciate those who bring hope and inspiration through their writing.

Invitees…

Valerie (a published authoress)

Terri over at Diary of a Quadriplegic

Big Brother Matt over at Jesus Loves All

Efua at Grace over pain

140 Character Christian

Questions?? Same as above 😉

  1. Congratulations lil sis! You’re so deserving of this award and you’ve definitely encouraged and inspired me. 🎉🎉🎉 I write in many places but laying in bed is definitely one of them for me too. 😊
